Limited liability companies (LLC), corporations, and non-profit corporations are required to have a registered agent. Stevens & Legal provides this service to small businesses across the state.

• Most mail small businesses receive these days is unwanted junk mail. We do not scan those, nor like some providers, we do not charge you for those. We simply shred all the junk

• Plus, if you have Stevens & Legal register your LLC with the state, you receive your first year of registered agent service as part of that registration package.

 

 

Plans

 

Base Package* (low volume companies): 

• $45 per year.

• Includes 100 pages of documents received per year (based on the year with our firm).

• Additional pages are charged at $0.10 per page (thus 100 more pages is only $10).

• The originals at your request can be forwarded to you for $1.25 per ounce via first class mail.

Deluxe Package* (high volume companies):

• $70 per year.

• This is designed for large businesses

• An unlimited number of pages of documents scanned each year.

• Hardcopies forwarded upon request at an additional cost of $0.60 per ounce via first class mail.

Non-Profits*

• $20 per year for our Base package for non-profits.

Bulk Discounts*

• If you have multiple companies, contact us about our bulk discount. 

 

Privacy Package Add On*

• An additional $20 per year.

• Due to a change in the law (HB 2191), we now offer a package to increase privacy on your listing with the Secretary of State. All addresses you provide to the Oregon  Secretary of State on your registration are publicly listed on their website. Our Privacy Package lets you to use our firm's address for the principal place of business and for all addresses the Oregon Secretary of State requires.
