Lane County's western most city is located along U.S. 101 on the Oregon Coast. Florence is located at the mouth of the Siuslaw River near Oregon's coastal dunes, with Eugene and Springfield to the east on Oregon 126. Reedsport and Coos Bay lie to the south.
